Day 1:

6:00 AM: Your unforgettable Masai Mara flying safari from Nairobi begins with a morning transfer to Wilson Airport, the hub for domestic safari flights.

7:30 AM: Board your scheduled flight and enjoy a breathtaking aerial journey over the Great Rift Valley, rolling savannahs and on clear days, distant views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Upon arrival at the Masai Mara airstrip, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional Across Wilderness Expedition safari guide. Begin your adventure in a custom open top 4x4 Land Cruiser with a game drive en route to your lodge or luxury tented camp.

The Masai Mara offers one of Africa’s richest ecosystems, home to the Big Five: Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo, and Rhino, along with giraffes, cheetahs, zebras and abundant antelope species. Transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi, departing around 10:00 AM and arriving approximately at 12:00 Noon.
