3-Day Samburu Flying Safari

8am: Your Samburu air safari from Nairobi begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel or residence in Nairobi, followed by a transfer to Wilson Airport.

9:45am: Board your scheduled flight and enjoy spectacular aerial views of Kenya’s diverse landscapes, including the majestic Mount Kenya, Africa’s second-highest peak. Upon arrival at the Samburu airstrip, your professional safari guide will welcome you and transfer you in a private 4x4 Land Cruiser jeep. Begin your adventure with a game drive en route to your lodge or luxury tented camp.

Explore Samburu’s vast semi-arid plains, highlighted by the life-giving Ewaso Ng'iro River, which attracts abundant wildlife. After lunch and relaxation, head out for an afternoon game drive, where you may spot elephants, giraffes, and predators such as lions and leopards. Return to your Sarova Shaba Camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Enjoy a full day of unlimited game drives in Samburu National Reserve, one of Kenya’s most unique safari destinations. Start early with a sunrise game drive, when wildlife is most active.
